United Way of the Greenbrier Valley is committed to investing in local programs, producing measurable results.
 
A United Way Partner Agency must be a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, must provide services in Greenbrier, Monroe, and/or Pocahontas County, and must apply for funding through the Community Investment Process, our donor driven review system, by completing the application below.

IN FAIRNESS TO ALL APPLICANTS, NEITHER LATE NOR INCOMPLETE APPLICATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS – Please review carefully

1.     Requests for funding must fall into one or more of United Way of Greenbrier Valleys’s focus areas:  Health, Financial Stability, Education and/or Basic Needs. The application should present a project/program/service that addresses at least one focus area and presents measurable goals.

2.     Agencies with annual gross revenue of $500,000 or less will not be required to submit an IRS Form 990. All others are asked to email a copy of their most current IRS Form 990 or IRS Form 990-EZ to info@unitedwaygbv.org. EXCEPTION: All first time applicants MUST file their most current 990-N, 990-EZ, or 990.
