Andy Rice is the pastor of Oak Grove Presbyterian Church in Hillsboro, WV. He graduated from Princeton Theological Seminary in 2013, and has been serving in his current call since then. He is a former Army Reserve Chaplain. He serves on the Leadership Team of the Presbytery of West Virginia, and is the Town Recorder of Hillsboro. He is also the head coach of the Snowshoe Junior Ski Team. He enjoys skiing and mountain biking.
