Project Apple Seed

Apple seed

United Way of Greenbrier Valley is entering its fourth year of Project Apple Seed. Through this special initiative, Greenbrier, Monroe, and Pocahontas County public school teachers and aides (PreK-12) receive $50 to spend on classroom supplies and basic student needs.

New this year PAS funds can be combined with same-school coworkers with principal approval, and can be used for remote learning expenses. Project Apple Seed follows that of the Faculty Senate reimbursement system.

Project Apple Seed is made possible in part by community investment grants and generous contributions to the annual United Way campaign.
